Dr. Ralph and his wife Regina Dartey are the Founders and General Overseers of Transforming Life Centre International headquartered in Ottawa, Canada . The church has many local and foreign branches across the world. Regina and Ralph spearhead a dynamic team of humble leaders and Pastors to shepherd the Kings Palace branch of TLC here in Ottawa. A place where God is at work. Ralph carries a unique Apostolic and Prophetic calling which has been used of God to establish churches, strengthen many in the body of Christ worldwide and to raise leaders.
